Ru San's Midtown
Ru San's Midtown has been in business for more than 20 years, and it has almost as many menu categories as years in business. The menu offers a rich and diverse selection of Japanese cuisines, from the yaki sana to the lobster dinners to the huge bowls of udon and soba soups all the way to the sushi menu. The sushi menu is so expansive and with so many exotic rolls, Jacques Cousteau himself wouldn't know at which fish to begin. Combing through the extensive menu, it seems evident that seafood is the specialty. Dinner plates feature wasabi potato crusted prawns, plum-wine-glazed bacon scallops, and mekajiki swordfish with curry sauce and ginger salsa. The encyclopedic menu continues on to beverages, which features plum wines and more than a dozen specialty and flavored sakes.
