Q:

Just called the richmond hill location and found out that their afternoon tea per person is $15.99+ tax regular price. Why does your deal say the original value is $25.99 per person?

Jessica L.  asked on  Aug 13, 2013

A:

The menu you are seeing at the Richmond Hill location is there basic afternoon tea menu. The incentive for this Groupon is focused on their Deluxe menu which includes nearly twice as many items for your enjoyment. Bon Appetite!

Q:

Orignally when I bought the groupon Ruelo for two it was $25 today, and later on within the same day the price is increased to 27.50. I was just wondering if I would be paying for the 25 dollar amount or the 27.50 amount. As well why the price change in the same day. Isn't it a bit unfair if i wanted to purchase more?

victoria  asked on  Aug 14, 2013

A:

The price of the Groupon is relative to the demand of the incentive and it's availability with respect to number of vouchers in total. Therefore the sooner you take advantage of the incentive, the better your chance at getting the best price possible. As demand for the incentive increases and "inventory" decreases, the price of that incentive adjusts accordingly. Enjoy!

Q:

Just yesterday, the price of this Groupon was $25. Why did it go up in price? I could understand it going up in price if it had been relisted, but it wasn't. Should it not have remained at the initial price that was until the deal closed?

Q:

I just called to check the actual hours with the place. It seems their website is incorrect (as was your answer, above). They are closed on Mondays in the summer. Also, the phone number that Groupon shows is incorrect (the correct number is on their website).

A:

Q:

Seriously...you're asking what my question was from yesterday evening??? Just look at what was submitted. It had to do with going to the place to check it out and finding that it was closed on a date and time that their site says it's open. I want an answer as to what is going on with the place and I think others should know as well.

Michelle C.  asked on  Aug 13, 2013

A:

You can inquire directly with the merchant in regards to early closings or extenuating circumstances; otherwise their hours as listed on their website are valid. Additionally, this is valid during normal "tea time hours": Mon-Thurs from 1:30pm-6pm, Fri-Sun from 1:30pm-4pm. Enjoy!
