WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS SPECIAL DEEP CLEANING PROCESS (NOT SURFACE CLEANING):
1- INITIAL INSPECTION, we inspect the rugs upon arrival or pick to get exact measurements and record current condition.
2- DUSTING AND VACUUMING, we dust and vacuum the rugs with a state-of-the-art machine to remove solid carpet dirt such as: grit, yarn fractures, house mites, unwanted dust, and contaminants before washing the rugs.
3- DETAILED EXAMINING, we carefully examine the rugs before starting any process. With this we determine the best cleaning type, materials, and process to be used.
4- DEEP WASHING, we deep wash the rugs throughout with our 8-stage fully computerized washing machines. We literally wash the rugs 3 times and rinse 3 times to have the best results instead of just surface cleaning.
5- HAND CLEANING IF NEEDED, even though our machines have the gentlest washing system, some special, antique, sensitive rugs would require a detailed, very careful cleaning by hand
6- FRINGE WASHING, we apply additional fringe washing after cleaning for the best-looking fringed rugs.
7- PET ODOR AND STAIN REMOVAL, even after deep washing and rinsing 3 times, some rugs may still have some pet odor and stains left. In that case, we repeat the entire washing process one more time (free of charge). We never short cut the pet odor and stain removal process by just using chemicals to mask the odor/stain.
8- RINSING AND EXTRACTING, in our rinsing process, we extract %95 of the water out of the rug (with any remaining residue) right after the washing. With this, the rugs fully dry within hours to avoid any mold, mildew, or bacteria growth.
9- DRYING, after extracting %95 of the water out of the rug, we let the rugs to fully dry at the dehumidified environment within couple of hours. As per EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) it takes 24 to 48 hours for molds /bacteria to start growing.
10- GROOMING AND PAMPERING, Once the rugs fully dried, we use a very powerful grooming & vacuuming machine to get rid of any remaining dust or loose fiber from front and back of the rug. This process pampers the piles of the rugs to give them the best of the feeling and look.
11- POST WASH INSPECTIONS, we inspect the rugs throughout after they have dried to make sure we get the best results before returning them to our clients.
