The Rugged Maniac 5K Obstacle Race will take place at Motocross 338 on Sunday, September 29. Beginning at 9 a.m. and ending around 3 p.m., waves of no more than 350 runners take off every 15 minutes, with athletes selecting their start time and date during online registration. Entry includes a Rugged Maniac T-shirt, race photos, a Harpoon Brewery beer for those of legal age, and fresh fruit at the finish line.

About Rugged Maniac 5K Obstacle Race
Rugged Maniac 5K Obstacle Race invites participants to climb trees and play tag just like they did when they were children. During this three mile race, adults can feel like kids again as they run through over 25 obstacles such as fire jumps and underground tunnels each presenting a playful challenge. Off the course, the party keeps going with events ranging from bull-riding to pie-eating contests as well as music from live DJs. Participants can also feel good while having fun as proceeds from the race go towards supporting the American Cancer Society.
