I worked out with Erik Traeger and he gave me a great workout showing me what Kettlebell is really about- Form, movement etc. I am really looking forward to my next session

I didn't come for how the facility looks like. It's not great but I came for instructions and workout. That was excellent.

The certified coaches at Russian Kettlebell Club of Fresno entered the sport with skepticism, expecting a strength-training fad when they first grasped the handles on the round. Instead, they found that swinging and lifting either kettlebells or leaden rattles borrowed from giant toddlers could tone their muscles and torch unwanted calories with a total-body workout. The gym’s 2,100 square feet of black-matted floors supply ample space for its signature coursework, whereas medicine balls, weight benches, and rings test students enlisted in CrossFit classes with affiliate gym CrossFit Combat Fitness. As a testament to its intensity, CrossFit serves as the training method for military units, police officers, martial artists, and cotton-candy spinners worldwide.
