Russo's New York Pizzeria
In 1978, when first-generation American Anthony Russo and his Sicilian-born parents relocated to Texas from New York, they brought with them years of family recipes, which laid the foundation for the cuisine at Russo's Italian Restaurant. Today, Russo's has more than 25 locations, but each aims to adhere to those family traditions of fresh ingredients that shine in simple recipes. On the menu, diners will discover familiar Italian favorites, as well as Neapolitan-style pizzas made in the traditional style--cooked in a brick oven and served on grandma's finest china.
