Miguel Angelo D'Onofrio had two goals as a little boy: live in America, and become a master chef. Today, having achieved both, he uses his tremendous culinary skill and his Italian heritage to craft gourmet yet home-style meals at Rustico Trattoria. As owner, chef Miguel retains creative control over the menu, designing a selection that includes orechiette Toscano with black truffle paste, salmon Piccante with tarragon sauce, creamy burrata on a bed of prosciutto, and perfectly grilled ribeye steak.
