Hi, I just purchased the May 10/11 10 lap qualifier racer. I would like to make a reservation for may 11 because myself and my husband work on the 10th. I went to your website to book may 11, but that was not and option. I left a message for your customer service. Now what? Can you give me some other weekend dates? I do work every other weekend. Or do I get a refund? Please help! Nicole

Hi Nicole, Our customer service is closed on the weekend, sorry about that. You would have to check with customer service on Monday for availability on the 11th, you can reach them at 855-22-RUSTY. Q:

What if you buy for a particular weekend ...and weather does not permit ... or do you ride rain or shine? Also, when I buy one at a specific date, if the recipient has a schedule confict, can he change it to a latter date wit no penalty? Thank you, Nancy

Hi Cindy, Rusty does join us at the track several times each year, but often those are for specialty charity events. He checks in for other events as well but it would be very unlikely that he would teach your class. Thanks, Mark @ RWRE

Q:

Interested in the driving experience as a gift for hubby. Are there any medical restrictions, i.e. high blood pressure, previous heart bypass surgery? Also hubby had a knee replacement that didn't work so well and cannot bend his knee to the full extent. But he sure can drive!

Q:

How does the optional $1,000 max property damage financial liability cap work? Does this mean that in the event damage is incurred that the operator/driver of the car would pay a maximum of $1,000.00 towards repairs or does it mean that the operator/driver would be liable for repairs in excess of $1,000.00? Also, are tires exempt in terms of wear and tear and/or in the event of a blowout?

Hi Joseph, It means that the maximum liability is $1000.00 and works like insurance where your deductible is the first $1000.00 in damage. We check the tires constantly for just that reason so blowouts are rare, but in the event of that we would not hold you liable. Thanks, Mark @ RWRE
