Q:

If you purchase the 2 Hr - 10 lap qualifier racing experience, what is the time frame in the car as a passenger and then what is the time frame as a driver? Is the total experience of both driving and passenger and classroom 2 hrs in length? Thanks! M

Susan  asked on  Nov 30, 2012

A:

Hi Susan, The qualifier package consists of a 45-60 minute classroom experience followed by 10 laps in the racecar. The Ride-Along experience is basically just that you arrive, get into your safety gear and ride for 3 laps. Thanks, Mark @ RWRE

Q:

What happens if you wreck the car

John M.  asked on  Nov 29, 2012

A:

Hi John, We do offer a Limited Liability Package that will cover up to $15,000 damage to the race care if you are found at fault. It is $60.00 and comes with a $1000 deductible. Without the policy you would be responsible if you are at fault for the damage. IThanks Meghan@RWRE

Q:

I am interested in getting this for my husband. He has driven on the 99 speedway before. My question is, is Rusty Wallace going to be the one to ride shotgun with? Will he be in attendance?

Angela P.  asked on  Nov 27, 2012

A:

Hi Angela, Rusty does join us at the track several times a year, however those are usually charity events. He's also of course extremely busy with his TV schedule so it would be unlikely that he will join us here. You will be riding with another professional driver, we generally use up and coming stars. An example of some of our ride drivers from 2012 are Jeff Earnhardt who's a Nationwide driver, Chase Austin 2013 Indy 500 driver for AJ Foyt Racing, Roger Carter ARCA driver, etc. I can promise you that all of our drivers are safe and oh my gosh FAST!! Thanks, Mark @ RWRE

Q:

If my husband does the 10 lap coupon, who is in the car with him? or does he go out alone?

Sharon P.  asked on  Nov 27, 2012

A:

Hi Sharon, He will drive by himself, we do have Racing Radios so that we can stay in communication with him. Thanks, Mark @ RWRE

Q:

My boyfriend would like the 10 lab and I would like the 3 lap ride along. Would it work out for us to be on the track on the same day and around same time? Also can we reserve for fall of next year this far in advance?

Erica T.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

Hi Erica, Yes to all of your questions, we should be able to make it work without any problem. Thanks, Mark @ RWRE

Q:

how fast are you allowed to go

Patti C.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

Hi Patti, We go everywhere from super speedways like Auto Club Speedway outside of LA to short tracks like Stockton. You can get up to 150mph+ at our super speedways, short tracks like Stockton are closer to 100mph. However, the thrills are actually greater at Stockton. There's a reason that NASCAR drivers all love short tracks, the action is non stop and the sensation of speed is incredible but the actual top speeds are as I mentioned about 100mph. Thanks, Mark @ RWRE

Patti C.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

Hi Patti, No you do not have to choose now, and 3-5 cars at a time on track. Thanks, Mark @ RWRE
