I am interested in purchasing this groupon but I would only be able to attend the May 10–11 dates (not the July 12-13 dates). Can I be sure that I'll be able to sign up for May 10th or 11th before I purchase this groupon?

Q:

What happens if you can't schedule a time for either of the two weekends due to overselling the Groupon?

Judie M.  asked on  Nov 27, 2012

A:

Hi Judie, We bring a whole fleet of racecars and can safely have about 200 people a day go thru the experience. The Groupon has a limited amount and will end if it becomes necessary. Thanks, Mark @ RWRE

Q:

Hi Mark- Would we be notified if Thompsom dates are added? Thanks.

Debbie M.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

Hi Debbie, We aren't provided the Groupon list unless you book. So I would think the best thing would just to be to encourage you to check our website. www.racewithrusty.com We will know for certain by January 1st, if they are not up then we will not be adding them. Thanks, Mark

Q:

Is the one hr. ride taking place at Thompson Speedway and are there fixed dates in place? Thank you.

Debbie M.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

Hi Debbie, Thompson Speedway potentially has some construction this Spring, so we have changed the venue to Stafford Speedway to guarantee dates. The dates listed on the Groupon are fixed at Stafford, if we add dates at Thompson you can go there. However, we have not secured dates for 2013 there as of right now. I'm sorry about the Thompson reference, this was a late change and must have been missed in the edit process. Thanks, Mark @ RWRE

Q:

Can I purchase the adult ride-along option and use for children or do I need to purchase a Junior's at regular price from your website?

Michael F.  asked on  Nov 25, 2012

A:

HI Michael, The only Ride option on sale with Groupon is the adult, you would have to purchase a Junior ride thru us. Thanks, Mark @ RWRE

Q:

what happens if your unavailable for the dates offered?

sue l.  asked on  Nov 25, 2012

HI Sue, I would not purchase the Groupon if you are unable to make those dates. We may have others, but I can't promise that. Thanks, Mark @ RWRE

Q:

What happens if someone crashes the car? (Financially) do these cars have the full horsepower potential, or are they governed?

Jackie R.  asked on  Nov 24, 2012

A:

Hi Jackie, The cars have about 500hp, they have a rev limiter in case a driver misses a shift and the rev limiter will come in for a great student at the end of the straight away but very few people ever hit the rev chip. We offer an insurance policy where you pay $60.00, that gives you a $1000.00 deductible. So if you were to badly damage the car the first $1000.00 would be on you the rest would be covered by us. If you decline the insurance you are responsible for up to 15k in damages, so obviously most people opt for it. Thanks, Mark @ RWRE
