What You'll Get
Working out is No. 3 on the list of most popular daily activities in America, behind not working out and teaching dogs to swear. Spend your time wisely with today’s Groupon to RydeOn in Saline. Choose between the following options:
- For $25, you get 5 spin classes (up to a $60 value).
- For $40, you get 10 spin classes (up to a $110 value).<p>
RydeOn helps pique mental and physical fitness with spin classes that take place within a studio dedicated to bettering bodies in an inspiring group setting. Enthusiastic, fit-focused instructors lead a sextet of class styles as students sit astride either ultramodern Keiser M3 indoor cycles or a calm miniature horse wearing a pedaled saddle. Wake Up and Ryde energizes early risers with a one-hour journey that begins at 5:45 a.m. With a similarly obstacled path, Road Ryde mimics an outdoor excursion as cyclists gradually overcome rolling hill climbs, descend quickly, and slow down enough to cross dormant speed bumps without awakening them. For time-crunched riders, Ryde and Dyne squeezes cycling’s signature sweat session into a 30-minute express workout that includes an energy bar and a piece of seasonal fruit. The studio’s schedule also includes music-assisted, energy-boosting, and classic road-inspired riding. Regular cyclists can potentially benefit from a slew of postworkout positives, including a decreased risk of heart disease, deflated bodily stress, and healthier joints due to low-impact bikes and bear-hugging shoe straps.

About RydeOn! Cycling Studio
RydeOn!’s Keiser stationary cycles may not cover much ground, but that doesn’t mean riding them can’t be part of a journey—one toward greater stamina and cardiovascular health. For confirmation, witness the center’s classes, during which the typical rider burns 450–600 calories and traverses 10–15 miles. To stave off monotony, certain classes add twists; the 90-minute Ryde Strong class bolsters endurance by adding hill climbs to the ride, and the Road Ryde class simulates outdoor cycling by recreating rolling hills and rapid descents. Classes take place under the direction of nine different instructors, each of whom has personally ridden a bike without training wheels, like, a million times.
