There is a 15-minute grace period, after that a $10 late fee will be charged. A 30% non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. Rescheduling and Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time otherwise fees may be charged. No show/call will be charged half of the service fee.
