The company was prompt and responded right away however, upon making the call I advised them I lived in a town house where the unit was located on the roof. The company sent a nice gentleman however, he was scared of heights. It took him longer to work up the courage to get on the roof than it took him to actually inspect my unit. The guy didn’t clean a single line and didn’t service the unit by any sense of the listing. He said I needed a new motor. Luckily he was wrong and my unit was fixed by cleaning the pups and replacing the contributors I would not recommend this company.
