Dry infrared heat can help increase circulation and ease pain and stiffness
What You'll Get
- How it works: infrared heat permeates to the body’s core faster than the warm air of a regular sauna, elevating the heart rate to help boost the metabolism.
- Benefits: on top of the traditional benefits of a sauna session—relaxed muscles and a cleansing, steam-induced sweat—infrared saunas can also play a role in weight-loss regimens.

About S Club Sports Spa
S Club Sports Spa abides by three pillars: hydrate, activate, and recover. It's under this triad that the fitness and recovery center designed Zone Flow, a one-hour, step-by-step system that couples an intense workout with essential recovery.
Participants begin with a body scan, where a trainer assesses their current physical state. From there, a session in one of two infrared saunas encourages circulation before clients complete three exercises—indoor cycling to engage the lower body, rowing to employ the core, and the VersaClimber to target the upper body. Recovery is provided by a foam roller, compression therapy, and a stay in the cryosauna. Individual yoga classes and nutrition workshops round out the offerings at this sports spa.
