Reed was an excellent coach, top notch. He gave excellent feedback, allowed me to describe my experience and work with me from where I was at. I was nervous I would be extremely cold, so he brought an extra layer for me for the wetsuit. And honestly, I was just nervous in general to get into the ocean—I’m not an amazing swimmer. but the second we got into the ocean. I felt immediately comforted by Reed’s level of expertise—it felt very safe. I would 10/10 do this again and recommend it to a friend.
