What You'll Get
Inside every soft, doughy "before photo" body, there's a chiseled, sexy "after photo" clawing to get out. Provided you have your own camera, today's Groupon will unleash your inner "after" before it starts digging an escape tunnel. For $40, today's deal gets you one month of unlimited kettlebell boot-camp classes, plus a kettlebell orientation and functional movement screening from SG Human Performance, located in Cherry Hills Business Park ($199 package value). Call ahead to schedule your orientation.
Your one-month membership will start with a mandatory kettlebell orientation session, in which you'll learn how to safely and effectively tap into the power of Russian kettlebells, as well as how to exploit their emotional vulnerabilities. You'll also receive a functional movement screening, which measures your movement patterns to identify any asymmetries or limitations. The certified instructors at SG will use these scores to help personalize your exercise regimen and measure your subsequent performance.
After you complete your kettlebell orientation, SG's kettlebell boot camp will pack cardio, strength-training, and flexibility work into each bell-swinging, 45-minute class. Along the way, you'll receive individual attention from the instructor that motivates you to go at your own pace—making boot camp as great a workout for beginners and intermediates as it is for housewives who were accidentally injected with super-soldier serums during their last physical. Check the class schedule for available times.

About SG Human Performance
Symmetry in facial features is thought to be especially attractive, but at Crossfit Solaria, the team is more focused on the beauty of symmetrical motion. During initial one-on-one consultations, trainers assess newcomers with the Functional Movement Screen, which helps them identify asymmetries and imperfections in clients’ day-to-day movements and track their progress.
The golf fitness program helps players of all levels identify physical limitations that are affecting swings. With the assistance of a Titleist Performance Institute–certified instructor, golfers work toward improved ball distance and accuracy, injury prevention, and golf-swing efficiency.
The studio was founded to help clients correct these imbalances, and attain the alignment most conducive to fat burning. They achieve this with the help of their team of certified instructors through group classes and more intimate training sessions. Known as the "Art of Eight Limbs," muay thai kickboxing classes use pad training to help participants develop speed, power, cardiovascular endurance, and fighting spirit. Group sessions may also focus on yoga or kettlebell workouts alongside muscle-building exercises that utilize tractor tires and medicine balls, which can be used as weights or swallowed pill-style.
