Sweats Fitness is a Boot Camp style Function Training Facility that also has much more offer. We also have Zumba, Hip Hop, Barre Fusion, and Triple Threat Kettle Bell Classes.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
When you walk in the doors of Sweats Fitness you are walking into your second home. This is the place where you work off your frustrations with people who will soon become family. You will leave feeling stronger, healthier, and more refreshed.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Who wouldn’t want a job that gave them the opportunity to bring out the best in people.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the satisfaction on people’s faces when they reach their goals or overcome their fears. It’s an amazing thing.
S.W.E.A.T.S. stands for Strength With Exercise Attitude Training Survival, which sums up its fitness instructors’ chief aim. They know that working out is in vain without a complementary attitude adjustment, no matter which of the fitness regimes at S.W.E.A.T.S. a client chooses. But once pupils do manage to recalibrate their outlook on exercise, personal training, cardio and strength classes, and boot camp can get to work burning fat.
