In Hebrew, "sababa" is a slang term that means "it's all good." Its' an apt description of the menu at this [kosher](http://kosheroc.com/2015/03/02/vegas-experience-part-ii), peanut-free eatery, which takes inspiration from the markets of the Mediterranean. In the kitchen, chef and owner Effie Shencher, who graduated from culinary school in Israel, assembles skewers of delicately-spiced beef kabobs, bakes salmon Moroccan style, and wraps falafel in fresh, warm pita. He and his team also channel the Mediterranean when whipping up seven styles of hummus, which they serve with pickles. Sababa also caters kosher meals for parties of up to 500 guests.
