What You'll Get
People holding yoga poses typically seek self-discipline and control, whereas those holding yoga posters just want Sting's autograph. Find peace while standing still with today's Groupon to Sabeena Yoga in Coral Springs. Choose between the following options:
- For $30, you get a 90-minute private yoga class (a $100 value).
- For $60, you get two months of unlimited yoga (a $198 value).
Sabeena Yoga owner Shelli August draws on more than 25 years of yoga training to enlighten students about the philosophy and practice of Hatha and Raja yoga. Students pose and stretch their way through exercises that strengthen the mind and body, staving off the degenerative effects of aging and cordless bungee jumping. Inspired by the writings of Swami Vishnu-devananda, instructors also teach students the famous yogi's five principles of wellness, from appropriate exercise and diet techniques to proper approaches to relaxation and positive thinking. Most sessions run from 75 to 90 minutes, and students can attend beginner courses in order to master the fundamentals at a gentle pace.
Pupils practice within the warmth of a yellow-painted studio bedecked in Buddhist art and statuary. The studio holds classes mornings, afternoons, and evenings throughout the week to accommodate students tied down by the rigid feeding schedules of their Venus flytraps. Scroll down to the schedule on the homepage for specific class days and times.

About Sabeena Yoga
Acceptance and empowerment take center stage at Sabeena Yoga, where experienced yogi and studio owner Shelli August helps others unite a healthy mind, body and spirit. August encourages her students to follow Swami Vishnu-devananda’s five points of yoga: proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet, and positive thinking and meditation. During hatha and raja yoga classes, she and her team of yogis help students of all ages and abilities boost flexibility, strength, and balance. They also hold meditation sessions and Kirtan meetings, which incorporate singing and chanting, and reiki sessions, which promotes spiritual healing, stress reduction, and relaxation.
