Yoga, Meditation, Reiki sessions. Reiki provides physical as well as spiritual healing. During hatha and raja yoga classes, she and her team of yogis help students of all ages and abilities boost flexibility, strength, and balance. They also hold meditation sessions which provides a focused peaceful experience, and Reiki sessions, which promotes spiritual healing, stress reduction, and relaxation.
