Mt. Sac Food Truck Festival
For a single afternoon, Mount San Antonio College’s Parking Lot D will transform from a parallel-line repository into a culinary epicenter, as more than 30 food trucks congregate to dish out finger-licking specialties. Presented by Cliff Young of Out to Eat on PBS, the festival will feature such vittles-filled vehicles as B and R's Burgers, Pies and Fries, and My Tornado Potato, with proceeds benefiting the Mt. Sac Foundation scholarship fund. Guests can also sample exotic offerings such as the Montreal open-ended eggrolls of M.O.E., a fusion of Jewish and Chinese cuisine; The Lime Truck’s tangy tacos, tzatziki, and ceviche; and the multiplicity of açai-blended drinks and snack bowls from Pulp Fusion.
