Sacred Grove Sanctuary Revitalization offers a variety of different modalities in order to provide our clients with a full spectrum sense of well being. Our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies are all focused on within these sessions.
The physical body is addressed through Ashiatsu, myofascial release, acupressure, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and effleurage.
When we discuss the mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies, it is important to have a your own beliefs present. Kristopher's innate empathy has led to his development of holding space for his clients.
Kristopher also works with sound healing or Nada Yoga. As a Nada Yoga practitioner he uses Tibetan singing bowls to facilitate his sessions.
Through intention and gratitude Kristopher brings his unique form of energy healing into this offering.
Sacred Grove Sanctuary's Revitalization technique is built entirely around the individual and is ephemeral in nature. Each session is a co-creative experience.
