Yoga classes increase strength, flexibility, and peace of mind
Melody Roberts hadn't been practicing yoga for long when she began to notice changes in herself. Beyond physical developments such as increased strength and flexibility, she realized that she felt "more grounded, calmer, more alert, and simply more at ease," to use her own words.
So Roberts pursued that feeling, making yoga a bigger part of her life until one day she became a teacher and opened her own studio. Now, she strives to pass along the same mental and physical benefits to her students, helping them to discover their true selves through regular Vinyasa yoga practice.
