We try to make you forget you're getting a great workout. Like being in a night club on a spin bike. Great music and encouraging instructors. You can ride at your own level, while being a part of a group experience. We provide the inspiration, you control your resistance. Plus - you get immediate feedback after every class via email of what you just did. Can compare with prior visits.

What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student?

For first timers, we encourage you to be an "active observer". Feel the music. Watch the screen. Listen to the instructor. Just keep you legs moving at your own pace. When you're ready to push yourself a bit more, we'll be ready to guide you. The road to fitness just got a little smoother.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?

At the end of each class, our riders get a personalized email with motivational information. You'll see how many miles you just rode, what your average MPH was, what your RPM's were, and the all important total calories burned during class. Whether you want to increase your energy and stamina or lose some weight, your ride is customized to your needs.
