Jay was my technician and did a great job!
I wasn't aware that this was not steam cleaning (my bad for not reading the fine print) so Jay explained the process to me.
Carpet is sprayed lightly with cleaning solution, then a machine with a large buffer attachment is used over the carpet. Pet stains were sprayed lightly with disinfectant.
I have light Berber carpet and it looks like new.

Arrived an hour late but at least called prior to let us know, so they were great about communication. Cade did an awesome job working around my apartment and I am so happy with his professionalism and the way the carpet looked afterwards. Love the way it doesn't stay wet for about an hour or two. Very happy with my purchase!
