The 60 minute facial that I received was only 35 minutes. I was late because it was hard to find. There was no other customers waiting for services. Cate is very friendly.

Hi Phyllis!
I’m sorry your had a negative experience. I had reached out prior about an appointment reschedule to both contact methods I have and did not receive a response. Therefore, I was not sure if these were reliable communication methods. I usually send out directions prior to people’s appointments, but due to not hearing back previously I was not sure how to contact you. Further, I had allocated one hour to your services. With being 20 minutes late that ate into the service time. Despite people not waiting, I do still (and will for the foreseeable future) follow strict cleaning protocols between clients which take at least 20 minutes due to the contact time of the medical cleaners I use. I want to ensure my clients are safe. There was a client coming in after you and I wanted to ensure the space was clean the same way it was at your service.
I hope that you give Safe Haven a second chance in the future.
