They came within the scheduled time window and got the vents cleaned. Only criticism is that they left some dust behind on the floor but they are working with dust so thats to be expected.

WOW! 5 star service and company! I had my Dryer Vent Cleaned and they did an amazing job! My dryer was working super slow and my clothes were still coming out wet. I had to make a change and Safe House was that change! The tech explained to me that because my dryer vent was clogged it was reducing the effciency on my dryer
