What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Our inspiration was to provide quality US based customer service, and really educate our clients about IT issues such as viruses, malware, ransomware. It is important that they understand the importance of backing up their data, and operating their PC, laptop, tablet, and smartphone in a secure environment.

What do you love most about your job? We love helping people, and resolving their IT issues, and relieving them of the stress.
