Appears to have done a good job. However, there are hidden charges on initial visit. They have to cut two holes in each unit to access ducts. They charge $50 per hole, which cost me another $200. This should have been outlined in offer upfront.

Roy (my service tech) was very friendly and knowledgeable. He offered me the up graded service, but there was no unwanted sales pressure. He did a great job providing the cleaning service I bought on Groupon. Also, I love setting up appointment through email, which was a quick respond and easy. I would use Safe Home Air Pros again.
