Safety CHL has a specific mission: to qualify people to apply for Texas concealed-handgun licenses. Co-owner Greg Barone—a Gulf War veteran—is the man up to this task. In addition to his military background, Mr. Barone holds certifications from the NRA and the Texas Department of Public Safety. Co-owner Laurie Barone, a former private investigator, works as the course administrator.
