Q:

Hi. Do you have to chose which day of the week and time you will attend class at the time of purchase?

ET  asked on  Jan 9, 2013

A:

We place students in a "home room" class at a specific time and date for their six - week session, but if you need to make up a missed class, you are welcome to do so in any other intro class as long as you complete your make up session before the 6-week series completes.

Q:

I took your 6-week intro/beginner class 3 + years ago but haven't been back since. Is this deal still OK for me to take? I remember hardly anything. I do notice it says for "New Clients Only". I'm not technically new I guess but I also haven't been a client in a very long time. TIA!

A:

Sorry, this is available for new clients only. If you have used their services before, you will not be eligible for this Groupon.

Q:

What muscles get the best workout in beginners series? As I recall from NAfrica, the front belly muscles were left to 'hang out' while the lateral waist muscles were the most worked?

Katharine K.  asked on  Jan 5, 2013

A:

Hi Katharine, With the technique we teach, the front ab muscles are engaged to hold the correct posture and initiate the movements. Sideline muscles are also used for many of the movements. Feel free to email us at info@saffrondance.com if you have additional questions. Shimmies, The Saffron Dance Team
