During each 2.5-hour spring cooking class, a Le Cordon Bleu–trained chef guides students as they create warm-weather fare. Chefs-in-training participate in the creation of the following menu: * Memphis-style baby back ribs * Grilled catch of the day * Potato Salad * Steak-house chop salad * Triple-cream custard * Sangria<p>
Classes run Thursday through Saturday, starting at 6 p.m. See the class page for specific dates, and please allow at least 48 hours for cancellations as food must be ordered for each guest.
