I am mostly pleased with the service I got with the 2 gentlemen that showed up to do the inspection on my furnace, we did find that the temperature sensor needed to be replaced. However, my appointment was scheduled for December 4th at 8am, not December 1st at 8am. So they showed up to my house unexpectedly 3 days EARLY and on a Sunday morning no less. This is a problem, and they need to sort out their scheduling system. The text message I received saying they were in route, had December 4th as the date. Also, the voucher said the price for the work was $145 value, but when I got the receipt it was only an $89 charge. So I am not sure that they did everything that was intended with the voucher. I would be hesitant to buy this again.
