Taste buds marooned on sandy tongues must be kept well fed to prevent them from sailing away on a rickety raft made from baby teeth lashed to a long-lost retainer. Keep fickle taste friends entertained with today's Groupon: for $10, you'll get $20 worth of Vietnamese fare at Saigon Landing Restaurant's Greenwood Village location.
Visitors to Saigon Landing Restaurant can tour the flavorful menu of innovative entrees and Vietnamese standards. Stocked with signature grilled mussels, shrimp, soft-shell crab tempura, and flaky shrimp rolls, the seafood sampler ($18.95) will kick off any meal by coaxing oceanic approval from seameat fans. In addition to soups, salads, and noodle dishes, Saigon Landing also features inventive entrees, conjoining sautéed vegetable with sliced bites of duck and egg noodles in the crispy duck entree ($15). Saucier tongues can loll across lamb soaked in yellow curry sauce with veggies ($13.95) or cubes of beef flambéed with chardonnay ($16.95).
The menu goes on longer than Randolph Scott's shadow, with plenty of beef, chicken, seafood, and tofu options, ending with a panoply of desserts: fried bananas paired with vanilla ice cream ($6.95), cherry-topped cheesecake ($3.95), and refreshing green-tea ice cream crested with peanuts and whipped cream ($2.95).
Located by the Regal Greenwood Plaza 12 movie theater, the newest outpost of the ethnic eatery is the perfect place to balance flick-plus-food equations. Slide into putty-hued booths flanked by mosaic-tiled columns and allow the friendly, patient wait staff to clarify any ingredient confusion you may have.

Saigon Landing Restaurant
Celebrating seven years of service and flaunting freshly painted walls, Saigon Landing Restaurant reopened last year in Greenwood Village with its menu of fresh, heart-healthy Vietnamese cuisine intact. At the Greenwood Village location, an eclectic range of Eastern flavors abound, with lemongrass and curry anchoring plates piled with pork, chicken, seafood, or veggies. Outside, an American flag billows over a grassy border lined with vibrant foliage, fir trees, and a friendly giant tasked with blowing away approaching storm clouds. The Greenwood Village location is close to the United Artists/Regal movie theater off of East Arapahoe Road and I-25.
