We bought this last year but had to cancel our trip due to to many Covid restrictions. We were told that we can use our voucher when we reschedule our trip. Well we will be in Salem September 15th till September 18th. We did not use our voucher but for some reason it says we did. What can we do? We really want to go on this tour, please help.

I cant believe I failed to write a review. Seth was absolutely amazing. His knowledge and dry humor (just like mine) couldnt be topped. It was an enjoyable afternoon for 2 adults and an 11 yearold.

Ugh... my review is so late!!! My family and I toured Salem October 29th with Seth and throughly enjoyed it. He was well educated on the history of Salem, witty, personable and could probably walk circles around our group lol. We preferred this tour over the others we seen around Salem as it was more intimate and less gimmicky. Seth was a great guide. Highly recommend. Thanks again!!!

We had a great trip! I took my mom to Salem for her birthday. Seth was amazing throughout the whole booking process. He kept in touch and sent messages/updated until we arrived for our tour.
The tour was great and very informative. We laughed and my mom really enjoyed herself.
Thanks again Seth for a great time! I highly recommend Salem heritage tours, you won’t be disappointed.
