The motto means that Heidi establishes good communication with her clients immediately, so that each salon service fulfills their personal vision of themselves and matches their unique personality. Taylor has found her mantra to be so effective that she has spread it to her team of five beauty techs, which includes an airbrush-tanning artist and trained massage therapist. Each of her hairstylists brandishes Goldwell hair color—a personal favorite of Taylor—as well as the antioxidant-rich Moroccanoil haircare line as they beautify 'dos with cuts, colors, and highlights. The salon's resident massage therapist personalizes treatments by using specific modalities, such as trigger point and hot stone, to ease out body aches and pains. Alongside a spectrum of salon and spa services, the contemporary beauty studio is outfitted with a petite boutique area that is lined with trendy jewelry, Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses, and hand-painted portraits of Rapunzel wearing an impatient smirk.
