The salon was very nice and everyone was friendly. I had a single process color and styling done by Bita. She did a wonderful job, the color was perfect. I told her she could style it as she wanted and did a very nice job. My shoulder length hair was full, bouncy and had a nice curl to it. I usually just blow it straight so this was a nice change

Certain hairstyles look good on certain facial shapes. When a client asks for a haircut you know will be a mismatch for them, how do you handle it?
I would show them pictures of other people with the same facial shape and try to explain why that haircut won't work for them.
