It was a long process but it was worth it. My hair was frizzy and wavy. I love that my hair is straight and shiny now. If my hair gets wet, it still dries straight. If you get it done, remember not to wet your hair for the first 2-3 days to avoid deactivating the hair straightening process.

Tiffany was awesome! The chemical she used was not harmful or irritating to my scalp. My hair was so smooth and silky plus the glossy treatment! Very happy!!

She did a wonderful job on my daughters hair, and the haircut was fantastic. My daughter said she was so kind and made her feel very comfortable. My daughter has very thick curly hair, and the Japanese straightening has completely changed the texture to perfectly manageable. Beyond please with the service.
