All sessions run for about 60 mins. It's best when the client comes into a session warmed up and stretched out. Unless the client wants to work on a specific area of there game, Coaches generally look to do an assessment during the 1st session on their Ball Handling, Shooting, Footwork, Agility, and Balance.
