What should I wear during a Salt Cave session?
Loose, comfortable clothing that you can relax in works best. If you are using Halotherapy for a skin condition, you’ll want to have that area exposed during your session. Since salt is dry, it can be easily brushed off and it will not harm your clothes. There is also no concern if salt gets in your eyes or hair.
Restrictions:
Halotherapy is not recommended for people who have the following conditions: women who are pregnant, contagious diseases, infections associated with a fever, some forms of cancer (consult your doctor), tuberculosis, cardiac disease, acute serious respiratory disease, severe hypertension, and intoxication.
