About Salt River Fields
When Arizona and Colorado major-league baseball players gear up for another season, their spring training commences on the diamonds at Salt River Fields. They contribute to the 405,000 square feet of grass within the 140-acre site's shaded stadium, which hosts events that range from music festivals and dog shows to fireworks displays and lacrosse tournaments.
For smaller affairs, up to 400 guests can feast in the facility's multiple banquet areas or the Pepsi Patio, an ideal setting for cocktail receptions and auctions. Sweeping vistas surround the facility, serving up views of Camelback Mountain and the Superstition Mountains, which earned their name by harboring a thriving community of black cats and broken-mirror vendors.
