As a a certified life coach and consultant, I provide the tools to help you increase self awareness, improve relationships, and inspire action towards the changes you need and want. My techniques and approach respect, understand and honor your unique identity and path.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
In my prior career as a bartender and later a successful portrait photographer, I was always listening to people's lives and stories readily shared. I provided supportive listening and honed my skills as a life coach long before arriving at the place I am now.

What do you love most about your job?
It has always been my mission to help people find the pathways to self awareness and constructive action. Thoreau said "The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation...." Guiding people to self revelation and solutions propels me to this work. My clients inspire me.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Many of my clients have expressed gratitude and appreciation of our work together. Some have chosen longer term mentoring with me in order to stay connected. Others have improved their lives and situations, graduating from regular visits and checking in from time to time. Their success is my reward.
