Membership must be activated within 90 days of purchase; membership expires one year from date the voucher is activated. See additional fine print. The Groupon is not redeemable until 11/13/13. Starting 11/13/13, you will bring your Groupon voucher to any Sam's Club location in the United States to activate your membership and receive your gift card and fresh food vouchers.
