Q:

What does it mean "In Club Only?" Also, what does it mean under "Additional Fine Print" that "Members must redeem membership in one visit?"

Valerie L. S.  asked on  Nov 5, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion. The Groupon must be redeemed in-store in order to begin your membership, you won't be able to activate the Groupon online. Once purchased, your Groupon voucher will include step-by-step instructions for activating your membership in-store.

Q:

Can I purchase this as a gift and have them sign up as a new member? If so, what is the procedure? I am currently a member and would be the purchaser, however I am buying as a gift and want the receiver to own the membership.

Angela C.  asked on  Nov 5, 2013

A:

Yes, once purchased you can give the Groupon voucher to someone else to redeem as long as that person isn't a member. The voucher won't have a name on it so the recipient won't have any issues redeeming in-store. You just personally can't use the Groupon since you're an existing member.

Q:

Does the membership expire on Feb 11, 14? Can this be upgraded to a plus membership?

nancy m.  asked on  Nov 5, 2013

A:

This Groupon is for a year membership. You need to activate the membership within 90 days of purchasing, and it will last a year from the activation date. The Groupon is only valid as offered and can't be used toward a different type of membership.
