Q:

I bought the three massages for $90.00 deal. If I want to give them away for gifts do I just print the groupon three times and tell each person to just use it once. John

JOHN L.  asked on  Dec 30, 2011

A:

Sorry for the delay! As mentioned in the Fine Print, these treatments are non-transferable. This means that the value of one Groupon cannot be shared.

You can, however, purchase three of the $35 options as gifts. You must purchase these separately if you wish to have the vouchers emailed directly to the recipients. If you plan on physically gifting them the vouchers, then you can purchase all three Groupons within the same order.

If you need assistance adjusting your order, please email support@groupon.com and we'll be happy to help you out!

Q:

How do I redeem when I do not have a printer?

Kymme G.  asked on  Dec 31, 2011

A:

Unless you have a mobile device with the Groupon app, you will need a printer to use your local Groupons. If you do not have a printer at home, you can often print things on public computers provided at a public library, internet café, or copy center.
