Samba Brazilian Steakhouse
Servers hoisting skewers circulate continuously through Samba Brazilian Steakhouse, pausing tableside to carve mesquite-grilled morsels of brazilian sausage, bacon-wrapped chicken, and sirloin steak. Clusters of mod white couches stand out against glowing orange walls, which contain plenty of nooks for groups to squeeze into. Brunch hours offer a consortium of all-you-can-eat meats such as marinated beef and pork. The main course is complemented by unlimited trips to the salad- and Brazilian side dish-buffet. At night, a chorus of smooth-limbed showgirls catalyzes the party with a slight assist from the caipirinha bar's more than 20 versions of Brazil's national cocktail.

“First impressions were great. The view of the bay at sunset was awesome, though a little blinding. We were seated quickly, got our drinks quickly and started Brazilian "buffet" right away. Service was fast and the gauchos continuously brought us various cuts of beef, pork, chicken & fish. Then a large party of about 16 was seated across from us. After that it was an effort to get the gauchos to our table to get anything. They would hit the big table first & be out of meat before they got a chance to serve us. We eventually got our share but I spent more time grazing the buffet between servings of meat. Seems like they should have had a gaucho specifically for group. Pros: The meat was excellent- the tri tip & chimichuri steaks were the best. The strawberry cucumber Caipirinha was awesome. Our waitress was terrific & quick with every drink order. The Samba dancers were pretty cool too. Cons: The buffet wasn't as good as other Churrascaria restaurants I've eaten at. The service dropped like a rock when the large party arrived.”
