Friendly and knowledgeable. Assessed my skins' needs and had a great facial. Products did not cause irritation. However, the best was the eye lift. Amazing! Difference in discoloration and wrinkles. Definitely recommend !

the therapist did a good job, but I'm use to a more through massage. I did feel better , but still had tightness in my neck and shoulders.

This was by far the absolute worst pedicure I have ever had. The only woman that was working there locked the door after I entered. I sat in the pedicure chair and she told me there was no running water. She carried over a small bin of very hot water and placed it inside the foot bath area. I asked her three times for some cooler water as it burned my feet. She seemed annoyed by my request. She explained that they never ran a pipe to the pedicure chair. Very strange! She also explained that the typical pedicurist had to go home last week to care for a family member. I didn’t have the luxury of feeling the bubbles and jets on my feet which I shared with her. I explained that she should explain this on her web site. The massage chair was old and poorly worked. She used a hand file and didn’t cut my nails short enough. I explained that every spa I’ve ever gone to uses an electronic rotating file. She didn’t seem to care about anytsay. She then wanted me to walk barefoot over pflopair to dry my toenails. I asked her for some disposable fli. I told that all of the customers bring their own.
