How flexible are your workouts? Are you able to accommodate someone with a knee injury in your circuit training?

We have people of all ages and fitness levels participate with many different injuries. We advise that you let the instructor know at the beginning of each class so the instructor is aware of your injury and able to modify the exercises for you. We also recommend you get cleared by your physician first.
