I have never done anything to my ducts or dryer vent but had heard about fires and such occurring with the dryer build-up and didn’t want to risk it !!! Sam who owns the company performed the service and even though I wasn’t ready for him he dealt with all of my chaos in my house at seven in the morning when I was trying to get my kids ready for school and hadn’t moved any of the furniture or cleared the pathway for him. He was very patient and worked around my crazy morning. He showed photos of before and after and all the crazy things that had fallen down the floor vents ;crayons, pencils, dog balls, crackers, etc..) he also cleaned the insides of the he recommended having it done every couple of years unless you have allergies and then it woul be betmore frequently. I would definitely recommend Sam and his service. Also, he sprayed the insides with a really clean, smelling orange oil substance and now my house smells extremely clean!

Initial comms to setup appointment were a little slow, but the service was excellent. Needed additional vents done above the number in the groupon but I felt they were at a reasonable price.
He really went above and beyond explaining the process and providing insight into the condition of the ducts. Even consulted with friends in HVAC service to discuss items he saw in my HVAC units and passed along their recommendations. Also saw my dryer vent was a bit clogged and cleaned it at no extra charge.

I would highly recommend Sam and Sam Diego Air Care. His communication to schedule the appointment and his reminder were awesome. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He left the areas he worked nice and clean. I would definitely use him again!

I had Sam come out to clean the vents and give me a quote to replace all the hvac ducting. He came back clean the blower and replaced all the ducting at a great price. Took a good part of the morning but it all looks great and working wonderfully. No more cooling the attic. Thank you Sam and AirCare.
