What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I service one customer at a time. Specialize in several name-brand extension lines. I use quality products and customer service is my first priority. I offer Brazilian blowouts, haircuts for men, women, and children, perms, and hair color in a semi-private studio. I have 24 years of experience in the hair industry.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
When I was a child I knew that I would be a hair stylist someday. I love this profession. 10 years ago I got into hair extensions and it’s just an amazing thing to do. Being able to transform someone hair and to bring a smile to their face confirms what inspires me. Extensions can give a person life.

What do you love most about your job?
I love my customers. People are what I love most about my job. They make my day better and I love the conversations I have with them. I have become friends with many of my customers over the years. I’ve been able to style and to be a confidant. And that I’ve been able to be a part of their lives.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
Many of my customers have given me five-star reviews. Probably the best feedback is when they tell me they would like to refer their friends and family. That is the highest compliment.
